Terostat-MS 937 white

Terostat-MS 939 is a sprayable one part adhesive on the basis of silane-modified polymers which hardens elastically due to air humidity. The skin formation and hardening times depend on the air humidity and the temperature, the hardening time depends furthermore on the depth of the joints. These times can be reduced by increasing temperature and air humidity; low temperatures as well as a low air humidity have a slowing effect. 

Terostat-MS 939 is particularly stable so that a strong position tack can be reached already after joining the components to bond. Terostat-MS 939 is free of dissolvers, isocyanates, silicones, PVC and is odorless; it shows a good primerless adhesion on lots of grounds and is compatible with appropriate paints.

The sealant is characterised by a strong ultraviolet resistance and kann therefore be used indoors or on the outside. Terostat-MS 939 shows all characteristics that are necessary for elastic adhesion. All temperatures that occur in painting kilns do not impinge upon the mecanical features. Terostat-MS 939 hardens without volume shrinkage so that no strains should appear and the joints should always look completely uninjured.

Applications:

- elastic bonding of metals and plastics, e.g. lateral coverings and adhesion of roof claddings in vehicle and caravan construction
- elastic sealing of all kind of joints in vehicle, caravan, waggon and container construction, as well as lorry boxes, metal and apparatus construction, electro-technics, plastics, air conditioning and ventilation technology and the like.

Cleaning:

We recommend the use of diluter D to clean the tools of non-hardenend Terostat-MS 939.
